GENERAL

✷ These commissions are for personal usage only unless otherwise agreed upon.
✷ Skins made for Marketplace use will come with an additional cost.
✷ Skins made for Marketplace use may have varying terms of service. Let me know the nature of the commission and we can discuss terms from there.

PAYMENT, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATION

✷ Payments are made via PayPal, only.
✷ For non-commercial skins, commissioners must pay in full or 50% of commission price up front before work may begin.
✷ For non-commercial skins, commissioners, Commissions are only refundable at 50% once work has started. After skin(s) have been completed, no refunds will be allowed.
✷ For Marketplace skins, payment may be send after skin pack has been completed.
✷ I have the right to cancel and/or refund the money for your commission at any time.
✷ I offer unlimited corrections and alterations to the skin to get it to a stage that you like. However, too big of a change, such as changing the entire outfit, will come at an additional cost.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

✷ The client is allowed to use my work for personal or in-game use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
✷ The client may not re-upload, edit, or post parts of my work for public download.
✷ The client may not reproduce or use the work commercially unless otherwise agreed upon.
✷ The client may not take credit for the creation of the work.
